The prices shown on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT. The prices do not include payment or freight charges; these are listed separately.
The Customer can pay for his / her purchase through the payment methods listed on the Website. For the Netherlands we accept all banks listed with IDEAL + Mastercard and VISA. In front of payments from Belgium you can use Belfius and Mister Cash.
MyVersano has the right to charge the Customer at the time of placing the order. MyVersano reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods and to change the payment method if the method chosen by the Customer does not work, regardless of the reason, at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs in the Netherlands
Our standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 7.95 (inc. VAT) up to an amount of € 99.95. For total costs from € 100, the shipping costs are free. We ship our packages via DHL, and are usually delivered the next day after the order. If the package must be delivered to a different 'than your own' address, you can indicate this during the order.
Shipping costs Belgium
Shipping costs to Belgium and other European countries are € 10 regardless of the total amount. Exchanging an article is 1x free for Benelux customers. Can I pay afterwards via Klarna?
At MyVersano you have the option to pay with Klarna. Klarna carries out the complete post-payment process for MyVersano. This means that you will receive a digital payment slip from Klarna by e-mail to pay for the purchased product.
Pay attention! You should also receive two e-mails from us with the payment method Klarna: in the first e-mail you will receive a confirmation of your order and in the second e-mail a confirmation that your payment has been approved by Klarna. Finally, we would like to point out that paying via Klarna costs an additional 2.5%. This amount is calculated in the checkout on the total price excluding shipping costs.

Products that are in stock are usually delivered within the number of working days indicated on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed (eg in connection with the reservation of products that are not in stock), delivery will take place within 14 working days after MyVersano has confirmed the order in writing via the order confirmation. The expected delivery time is indicated in the order confirmation, at the time of payment and / or on the current product page on the Website. When delivery is delayed, MyVersano will inform the Customer about this and continue to monitor the order. If not expressly agreed otherwise, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase if a delivery is delayed by more than 14 working days and this is not caused by the actions of the Customer.
If a package must be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer must do so within the time period indicated on the notification. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

The Customer will be clearly informed when he / she orders a product to which the right of withdrawal does not apply. If a product is sealed, the Customer may not break the seal if he / she wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal lapses when the Customer breaks the seal.
If the Customer wishes to cancel a purchase, the Customer must send a clear message about this to MyVersano before the end of the cooling-off period, as described here. If the Customer cancels his / her purchase, MyVersano will refund the amount that the Customer has paid for the product, excluding the freight costs incurred by MyVersano. Any additional shipping costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the standard option offered by MyVersano will not be reimbursed. If a purchase is only partially canceled (eg if not all items received are returned), the shipping costs paid will not be refunded. In the unlikely event that you have not chosen the right size, or have made a choice of jacket or color, you can use the return form on the website to exchange or return your product for a quick solution or settlement.
You can of course try on items, but when exchanging or returning the item, it must be reasonably unused and in good condition. This means that the item must be returned in its original packaging. Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order, but we would appreciate it if this happens sooner, because then we can refund your return amount more quickly. Shipping is always at your own risk, so we recommend that you return the package insured. Always keep the proof of shipment of your return until it is successfully processed. A return is successfully processed as soon as the purchase amount has been refunded to your bank account. MyVersano is not responsible for packages that are lost during the return. For returning or exchanging from abroad, you can use your own carrier or DHL.
Once the returned items have arrived, the items will be checked for damage or missing details. It is also possible that we can refuse a jacket if it smells of food odor or nicotine. The return will then be processed as soon as possible, so that the purchase amount is back on your account within 2 weeks 'after cancellation'.
The statutory warranty rules and terms apply to all articles. The legal guarantee means that a product must do what can reasonably be expected of it. With MyVersano products, this means that all items, provided that the washing instructions and proper care are met, can be worn for at least one year. MyVersano is not responsible for damage to articles that have arisen during the return. We recommend that you always return the item in its original packaging.
Unfortunately, items that are specially produced or ordered by us at the request of the customer cannot be returned, as we have this specially made to measure or to color.

Some MyVersano products are covered by a warranty. Information about warranty periods and special conditions are listed per product on the Website or in these General Terms and Conditions. The product warranty only covers original manufacturing faults, and therefore not faults arising from or after making own changes to the operation or appearance of the product, such as adjustment, improvement or other configuration changes to the product. The Customer's order confirmation serves as a warranty certificate.
A warranty period of 2 months applies to zippers. Should a defect nevertheless occur after this period, we will first check whether this is a factory error, or whether this could have happened due to the wrong or clumsy zipping. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will repair the zipper free of charge within a period of 6 months after purchase of the jacket. In other cases for repairs, we only charge the cost price.
The right of complaint applies to products that are defective under applicable consumer protection legislation. The Customer who wishes to exercise his / her right of complaint for a product that he / she has ordered, must contact MyVersano as soon as possible after discovering the defect, whereby the Customer will use the contact information provided on the Website. is provided. MyVersano will pay the costs of the return shipment for all justified complaints.

MyVersano reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes to these General Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Website. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these General Terms and Conditions are subject to and construed in accordance with Dutch law and will be settled exclusively by the Dutch courts.

2. Complaints about the implementation of the agreement must be fully and clearly described and submitted to the entrepreneur within 7 days, after the consumer has discovered the defects.
3. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. 4. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
5. In case of complaints, a consumer must first turn to the entrepreneur. In case of complaints that cannot be resolved in mutual consultation, the consumer should turn to Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge.
